Commissioned by the Victoria Falls Bridge Company this detailed history of the famous Victoria Falls Bridge, researched, written and edited by Peter Roberts, covers over one hundred years of travel and tourism by rail to the Victoria Falls. Using quotes, descriptions and stories from contemporary sources, the book describes in rich detail how the bridge was commissioned, designed and built, only 50 years after Livingstone first discovered the Victoria Falls to the world.
